In the height of one of the worlds largest pandemic’s, 3 firefighters observed the consequences of limited social interaction.
They decided to take action by launching Triple Tap Coffee.
Drinking coffee socially has been a long standing tradition known to increase communication amongst peers, especially in the fire service. Conveniently, it is also minimally impacted by social distancing guidelines.
The amount of effort that goes into a a great cup of coffee can emulate some of the purest forms of selfless servitude. From the farmers who vigorously plant and tend to the coffee plants with generations of experience, to the harvesters that delicately gather the beans.
The Triple Tap Coffee brand was first imagined by Roastmaster and CEO, Art Tate. He knew that inside the fire service the method of maximizing the quality of a fire hydrant involved hooking large diameter hose to all three discharges. This method is is understood to firefighters as “Triple Tapping.”
